 Cacao ceremony   A cacao ceremony is a sacred gathering that uses ceremonial-grade cacao (pure chocolate) as a heart-opening plant medicine. Rooted in ancient Mesoamerican traditions, the ceremony often includes intentions, meditation, music, and spiritual reflection. Participants drink the cacao to connect more deeply with themselves and others, enhancing emotional release, inner clarity, and a sense of unity. 

Setting intention, learning about each other's journeys, learning how to support each other in this journey.  Delicious meals, awaking music, afternoon mediation, beach adventure, sunset ritual before dinner.  Writing time in the lounge, bonfire prayer, time in the meditation gardens and hammock before bed.

 REIKI CIRCLE  We will be gathering to learn how to give and receive Reiki energy healing. It’s typically a supportive, community-based event that can include both Reiki practitioners and those who are simply curious about the practice. We will have each person take turns in the circle to receive Reiki healing energy.  

•  Group healing: Participants take turns receiving Reiki from multiple practitioners at once, which can feel more powerful and deeply relaxing.
• Sharing experiences: There may be time afterward for people to share what they felt or experienced during the session.
• Community building: It’s a great way to connect with others who are interested in energy healing, personal growth, and holistic wellness.

 BREATHWORK -   Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, improved focus and clarity, emotional release, enhanced energy levels, and a deeper connection to the body and inner self. It can also support trauma healing and boost overall resilience. 

 Inner Child Workshop: Reconnecting with Your True Self  This transformative workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your inner child—the part of you that holds your earliest memories, emotions, and unmet needs. Through guided meditation, creative expression, journaling, and gentle therapeutic practices, you’ll explore childhood wounds, release emotional blockages, and begin the process of healing and self-acceptance.  Inner Child Workshop: Reconnecting with Your True Self
